- reciting that the partnership between 3 and 4 had been dissolved and 4 had entered into a new partnership with 5 under the title Sandford Son and Owen.
- in consideration of £800 paid to 1 and £800 paid to 2 by 4 and 5.
- at the request of 4 and 5 and with the consent of 3, 1 and 2 convey to 6, upon stated trusts to the use of 4 and 5.
= of a close near Greasbrough Lane, formerly a garden, butting east on the Round Table, west on the land from Rotherham to Greasbrough and north on the canal (3 roods 8 perches), with the messuage, stables, warehouses etc. lately erected thereon. Now constituting the works known as Phoenix Forge or Iron Works.
