- concerning a fine to be levied by 1, 2 and 3 to 4.
= of 2 messuages in Westgate with warehouses, workshops, 2 gardens, 2 orchards and a stable and 2 roods land in Greasbrough Field, Rotherham.
- upon trusts, viz. one moiety to 1 acre in fee simple and one moiety to 2 acres in fee simple.
- and reciting that Thomas Hinchsliffe jnr., now decd., was possessed of personal estate to the value of £250 and by his will devised the same to his friend 2 acres, upon trust to pay the profits to his mother (1b), desiring that his business of saddletree maker be continued by 2 acres during the life of 1b, with remainder to his sister Martha (2b), and whereas 2 acres has no experience in the said business.
- therefore 2 acres conveys to 1 acre a moiety of the said personal estate with covenants by 2 acres and 1 acre to assign £125 to such persons as 1b shall appoint, after her death, and £125 to such persons as 2b shall appoint, after her death.
