DescriptionLease for 900 years by the Churchwardens of the land leased to them by the Feoffees for the benefit of the poor

(2) John Tooker, esquire

(1) to (2) of a messuage with a foldstead at Moorgate (adjoining Canklow Field on the east, the moor of Rotherham on the south, a piece of ground belonging to Mr Robert Darwent on the north and a little court belonging to the said John Tooker on the west), which had been given to the Churchwardens for the benefit of the poor of Rotherham.
