Regarding property consisting of one messuage at the east end of Westgate, and one garden at the upper end of Talbot Lane, and one close or piece of land in the township of Rotherham containing three roods and eleven perches which was allotted to the messuages by the Enclosure commissioners when the commons of Rotherham were enclosed. The bankrupt James Wilkinson defaulted on a mortgage of £250 loaned to him by (1) on 14 Jun 1791 for the above properties. Upon payment of the outstanding debt of £262 10s by (2), (1) now surrenders the mortgage. Consideration: £262 10s |
