(1) loaned to (2) £200 secured upon two messuages at the east end of Westgate lately occupied by John Brownell and George Dearnally, (the two messuages were previously one dwellinghouse called 'The Ship'), and one garden at the upper end of Talbot Lane also occupied by John Brownell, and one close or piece of land in the township of Rotherham containing three roods and eleven perches which was allotted by the Enclosure commissioners as belonging to the messuages.
Consideration: £210 (£200 plus 5% interest) to be repaid over five hundred years |
