(1) to (2) of the piece of land known as the Ship Yard in Talbot Lane, adjoining the Ship Inn, and all the offices, sheds, stables and coachhouses. Conditions of tenancy are set out.
Consideration: £120 per annum for the first two years and then £150 per annum |
