(1) agrees that (2) can have the full use of 36 Moorgate Street for ten days each year and for the last two weeks in September each year. The agreement is to be updated every five years and (1) is to provide heating, lighting and cleaning. Written on the reverse of three identical typed letters from Oxley and Coward solicitors addressed to 34 Moorgate Street (the registered office of the Crofts Estate Company) and regarding the George and Clare Ann Hall Charity.
