(2) The Feoffees (tenants)
(1) agrees that (2) can have the full use of 36 Moorgate Street for ten days each year and for the last two weeks in September each year. The agreement is to be updated every five years and (1) is to provide heating, lighting and cleaning.
Consideration: £25 per annum |
