(1) to (2) of the dwellinghouse and premises at 20 Westgate that are used as a Temperance Hotel, Billiard Rooms and Cafe, except for the ground floor premises used by E. J. Brown & Company Limited, and the rights to share the use of the footpaths and yard. Lease to commence 1st April 1925.
Consideration: £85 for the first year and then £90 per annum |
