DescriptionThe 2nd Battalion is at Ken Camp, India, organised as 65 Column and 84 Column and undergoing specialist training and practice. This includes practicing night supply drops, night attacks on strongpoints and watermanship training. The A.C.E.S. concert party visit the Brigade Camp and both Columns return to the Depot camp for an E.N.S.A. concert party. Battalion exercise Steeple is carried out: 84 Column attacks Chopra landing strip and 65 Column act as the enemy in counter attack. Exercise Peahen commences to practice a night attack on an enemy camp. Annotated.
