The Family and The Home Exhibition was prompted by the passing of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 and commissioned by the Children's Department of Rotherham Corporation, the exhibition had the purpose of informing the public about services available to them which could aid with the running of their homes and family. It was held 27 September to 1 October 1966. |
