(1) grants to (2) and the legitimate heirs male of his body: his capital messuage with the orchards & gardens adjoining in Ranefeld; a messuage & 16 acres of land & meadow which Robert Cusseworth once held; a messuage & 24 acres of land & meadow which William Blakman holds; a messauge & 14 acres of land & meadow which Richard Carter holds; a messuage & 12 acres of land & meadow which William Whyte holds; a messuage & 12 acres of land & meadow which John Hyll holds; a cottage & 6 acres of land & meadow which William Cusseworth holds; a cottage which Margaret Hart once held; a messuage and land which Robert Clay holds in Braythewell.
With an annual rent of 13s 4d from various lands in Ranefeld & Bramley held by his free tenants with the wood at Hylclyff except 3 rods called Tonemanynges.
Also the reversion of all lands which William Cusseworth, William Blakman, Richard Carter, William Whyte, John Hyll & Robert Clay hold .
(2) to pay (1) 8 marks a year during (1)'s lifetime.
Reversion if William dies without heirs male successively to: Robert Westby, William's brother & his heirs male; Henry Westby and his heirs male; Eleanor, Cecily, Isabel & Agnes (1)'s daughters & their heirs.
