- whereas the partnership between 1 and 2 was dissolved (1845), 1 having retired from business and it being agree that 2 and 4 should continue in partnership.
= conveyance by 1, at the request of 2 and 4 to 5, of a messuage in the Butter Market or Sheep Market with stable, maltkiln, cowhouse, etc. (bounded south by the property comprising 213-C/47/1-12) with a right of way along the common passage to the north and free use of an open yard, quays and landing places, and all seats belonging to the messuage in the middle aisle of the Parish Church. Subject to the £1200 mortgage debt to George Hall, with proviso that if 2 and 4 do not cause the sureties given by 5 on their behalf to be cancelled and otherwise keep 5 harmless, 5 will have power to sell the property.
