With the warehouse, workshops, furnace, etc. and of a messuage in the Butter Market or Sheep Market with stable, maltkiln, cowhouse, etc. (bounded south by the property comprising 213-C/47/1-12) with a right of way along the common passage to the north and free use of an open yard, quays and landing places, and all seats belonging to the messuage in the middle aisle of the Parish Church as security for their bank account.
