Release of (2) from a convenant entered into by the South Yorkshire Railway and River Dun Company of 9 Dec 1870 with respect to providing convenient access to the said River Dun Canal at a point satisfactory to the said Clement Beatson Clark, William White Clark and Thomas Shenton, but to maintain a bridge erected over the new line of railway between Rotherham Glass Works and the River Dun Canal. |
