(1) to (2) of one messuage in Millgate and a piece of land in Badsley Moor Field containing fourteen acres, one rood and twenty two perches at a place called Crown Carr. The land was allotted to the Feoffees by the Commissioners of the Award and the Feoffees now let it to William Kay as he has agreed to the do the railing, ditching and manuring of the field land at his own expense.
