(1) to (2) of two messuages at the east end of Westgate that used to be one messuage, formerly in the possession of James Wilkinson, and of the site of another messuage on the east side of Westgate which was formerly occupied by James Cundell and then William Kitson but had lately been pulled down and a gateway erected in its place, and of all stock, tools of trade and possessions of John Binks. All the effects and estate of (1) are assigned to (2) in order to pay off the debts of (1). Document includes a list of creditors and the amounts owed; the creditors have agreed to accept a dividend of 14 s in the pound in two installments.
