(1) to (2) of one messuage and garden in Talbot Lane which adjoins the land of the Feoffees. The property is subject to an annual charge of 40 shillings for the use of the Charity School at Rotherham, in accordance with the will of John Tooker, esquire, deceased, great uncle of (1). This charge will remain after the sale. Enclosed is a memorial of an indenture dated 1802 concerning the same parties and property.
