(1) to (2) of one recently-erected messuage at the east end of Westgate which replaced the two messuages previously occupied by John Brownell and George Dearnally that have now been pulled down, and one garden at the upper end of Talbot Lane also occupied by John Brownell, and one close or piece of land in the township of Rotherham containing three roods and eleven perches which was allotted to the messuages by the Enclosure commissioners when the commons of Rotherham were enclosed, and two seats in Rotherham parish church which are assigned to the messuage, and all and any other lands or properties of James Wilkinson in the county of York. Properties released in trust for creditors due to bankruptcy of James Wilkinson; includes list of creditors and amounts owed.
