(1) to (2) of the dwellinghouse and premises at 20 Westgate that were used as a Temperance Hotel, Billiard Rooms and Cafe (coloured pink and yellow on the attached plan), except for the ground floor premises occupied by E. J. Brown & Company Limited, and the rights to share the use of the footpaths and yard (coloured blue and green). Lease to commence 1st June 1927.
