(1) to (2) of a piece of land in Masbrough called Lousey Bank and another piece "within the same fence", approximately one and a half acres in total; also the 'Glasshouse', then used as a 'Chemist's Laboratory'. Lease granted upon the surrender of a previous lease for the same property of which nine years were unexpired and upon William and Ann Beatson undertaking to spend £200 on repairs and rebuilding.
