Release, which relates to Edward Bellamy's bequest of £200 to the Vicar and Churchwardens of Rotherham. This bequest is to be paid in trust to the Feoffees, who in turn agree to pay the sum of £8, out of profits made by the Common Lands of Rotherham, each Christmas Day to the Vicar and Churchwardens, who shall then distribute the money to the poor of Rotherham. Also includes signed Resolutions for this agreement (1779). |
