DescriptionScenes of recreational activities, hunts and the band of the 1st Battalion in Quetta and Karachi; 3rd Battalion encamped at Whitley Bay, Strensall and Richmond and with the 2nd West Riding Territorial Brigade at Aberystwyth. Forty-two loose photographs in a folder include hunting in Jubbulpore; First World War trenches, ruins and nursing staff; landscapes, tribesmen and groups of soldiers travelling (possibly 2nd Battalion in N.W. Persia 1918-20); York and Lancaster soldiers encamped with the Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Also, one watercolour of a landscape.
