Includes his birth certificate (1889), a postcard showing him in smoking a pipe with two unidentified friends, with a brief message of greeting from him on the reverse, sent to Miss Una Simpson, Bungay, Suffolk (August 1914), a copy of this will (15 December 1915), a letter of condolence sent on his death from His Majesty and the Queen (31 August 1916), a letter sent accompanying his British War Medal to his Miss A. E. Simpson at Bungay, Suffolk (18 January 1921), a letter sent accompanying his Victory Medal to his Miss A. E. Simpson (29 September 1921), a framed photograph of Allan Arthur Simpson, shown smoking a cigarette (circa. 1914-1916), and a mounted photograph of him in uniform (circa. 1914-1916). Accompanied by five bibles formerly belonging to Allan Arthur Simpson.
