The account covers how he originally enlisted with Royal Warwickshire Regiment in 1940, his transferred to 8th Battalion, York and Lancaster Regiment in May 1942, and then his subsequent service in India and Burma. Accompanied by eight copies of photographs, some singles and some groups all taken in India and Burma, all contain Private. Moody and one group photograph names those present.
