After the death of (2), reversion successively to Thomas their son & his heirs male, Gilbert their son & his heirs male and the right heirs of John Mountfort.

On the marriage of Thomas Mountforth, cousin of (1) and Elizabeth, daughter of Nicholas of Serelby Thomas Mountforth will enfeoff 2 chaplains with lands & tenements in Raumersch, Lou[er]sale, Rod[er]h[a]m & Kymbyrworth to the annual value of 5 marks before the feast of the Purification of the blessed Virgin Mary[2nd February] next.
On the day of the marriage (2) will pay (1) 10 marks, with 5 marks at Martinmas [11th November] and at Pentecost for the next two years.
