Yorkshire Electric Power Company and Electrical Distribution of Yorkshire Limited V. Rotherham Corporation
Case: In 1936 the boundaries of Rotherham Borough were extended. This now meant half the Borough were supplied electricty by the Borough and half by the Yorkshire Electric Power Company and Electrical Distribution of Yorkshire Limited. Rotherham Corpoation wish to build new houses and supply them with electricity in the areas supplied by the electricty companies.
