Wyken Colliery (plantiffs) V. Exhall Colliery and Brickworks (Defendants)
Case: The defendents amitted wrongdoing in a court case of 1913, when they were accused by the plantiffs of wrongfully working coal. The plaintiffs are now claiming against the defendants for damages for breach of covenant over neglecting to work certain coal beds.
