Linby Colliery Company (Applicants) V. James Fountayne Montague (Respondent)
Case: A mining lease was made between the two parties in 1927. The applicants claim that under a clause in the lease they were entitled to give notice to the respondent of their desire to discontinue the getting of unworked portion of coal.
