Case: Mrs Nina Doris Robson does not wish to live at Moorland Court, Knox, Harrogate, as stipulated in the will of William Jackson Robson, due to her state of health and the poor condition of the house. But under the will of Mr Robson, Mrs Robson will lose the majority of her annuity if she sells or leases out Moorland Court. Mrs Robson wishes to reverse this decision.
