| Description | This year the census will take place on March 27th and for the first time people will be able to fill in the questionnaire online. Questionnaires will be sent out from March 7th. The head of the household is the person who is responsible for pay the bills and it will be this person who will be asked to complete the questionnaire. The online form can be filled in from the March 4th. |
