They are to occupy the lands of Francis Elles, Cecyllye's son until he is 17 and for a further year if they wish. They are not to marry him before he is 17 without the consent of his guardians and are to pay his guardians £17 4s in instalments by 1557. (2 copies). With George's bond of even date.
Endorsed that George is not to occupy lands which James Elles purchased from Sir Peter Freychwell without a further grant from the guardians, who must get Cecyllye's consent.
