= of all the properties comprised in the conveyance of 1837 viz. a capital messuage on the south-west side of Church Lane, a messuage in Church Lane, a messuage and shop in Church Lane adjoining the capital messuage with the countinghouse lately erected at the rear (now converted to a dwellinghouse), the pleasure garden at the back of the capital messuage extending to the factory yard owned by the R. Dun Co. (1440 sq. yds.) with free passage along a road 8ft. wide leading from the Market Place through a yard of Benjamin Badger's to the pleasure ground (except the property sold to Mawer and Slinn).
