| Description | Deeds covering the Royal Grant of land to the Feoffees, and the subsequent conveyance of the trusteeship of the Common Lands to the newly elected Feoffees by deeds of 3 Aug 1589 (First Election) and 20 May 1608 (Second Election). Also contains a Decree out of the Exchequer (16 Oct 1605), implementing the Draft Report of John Stanley, Deputy Auditor for Yorkshire, and making regulations for payment of arrears & and annual rent to the Crown. Note that there is also a copy of the trust deed of 20 May 1608. |
