Agreed that (1) has sold to (2) 'iij sker [60] quarter.. of gud and abill hard peis & xij [12] quarter wheitt', the peas to be delivered to (2) at Barmeborygh immediately, the wheat at Aldwarke & Barnessley whenever (2) sends for it. (2) to supply to (1) 5000 [?] bees and 60 sheep as surety.
