Robert Wardenley held lands in the Manor of Conisbrough, but died intestate, these lands were inherited by his grandson William Heald of London, an infant. He also died intestate. The lands were then passed to Robert Heald of London, Hackney coachman, William's brother, who in this deed is paying a fine to be admitted to the inherited lands.
