Alfred Ernest Allot (Plantiff) V. Blanche Stewart, Widow and Charles Rance (Defendants)
Case: The plantiff is the owner of some land on Park Street, Wombwell. The land was a right of way for the owners of the adjoining property called the Empire Theatre. On 28 March 1935 the defendants wrongfully tresspassed and removed soil from the land. The plantiff wishes to claim costs for damages caused by the removal of the soil.
