Case: The applicants are claiming against the defendants over wagons that have been stopped by the defendants at Masbrough Station for slight repairs. The applicants claim they were unfairly charged for the siding accomodation of the stopped wagons before the wagons had been placed in a position where the applicants could make repairs. They want to prevent this happening in the future and have facilities where they can repair their wagons straight away. (includes figures for crippled wagons)
