Don (bounds recited) with all barns, ovens, furnaces, etc. erected for the purpose of manufacturing earthenware and commonly called the Pottery, now divided in to several dwellinghouses (12 tenants named), also a messuage on the lower side of the old Market Place, now divided into 5 dwellings (tenants recited) with the land extending to the R. Don, on part of which were built workshops, etc. for manufacturing earthenware with a yard in front, on part of which premises an ironfoundry with grinding wheel, warehouses, etc. has lately been erected.
