- whereas lb is seised of a third share in the premises and is also entitled to the reversion, expectant upon the death of Margaret, widow of Thomas Cawthorne) to a fourth share, and 1 have agreed to levy 2 fines concerning the same.
- 1 agree to levy one or more fines to 2 concerning 8 messuages in Westgate, purchased by Thomas Cawthorne from Elizabeth Radley and which he devised to his daughter Olive Cawthorne for life with remainder to her issue, and in default, to the children of his daughter Elizabeth Squires, and concerning 2 messuages, etc. in the Crofts, devised to his son Thomas Cawthorne with remainder to his issue, and in default to the children of Elizabeth Squires.
- and to levy a further fine or fines concerning 4 messuages in Masbrough and a close near Moorgate, devised to his wife Margaret for life, with remainder to his nieces Ann Spencer, Sarah Squires and Elizabeth Steel and his nephew Francis Spencer.
