Annual rent 5s.

If (2) dies without heirs of his wife, reversion to (1) & his heirs, saving the wife's dowry, that year's crops & (2)'s chattels. If either leaves Kilnhurst, the other to have custody of the lands & chattels. (2) pays (1) 5 marks.
