Mary Ann Morgan had an illegitimate child by Benjamin Nealtby on 13 Sep 1873. Benjamin Nealty has agreed to pay 3s a week maintenance for the child until she reaches the age of 13 or Mary Ann Morgan gets married. In return Mary Ann Morgan will not apply to the justices for a bastardy order. |
