Esther Ann Willioughby (Plantiffs) V. Hemsworth Rural District Council (Defendants)
Case: The plantiff owned a well and pump in North Elmsall, which it leased to North Elmsall Parish Council and was used by the inhabitants of North Elmsall. In 1933 the defedants dismantled the pump and covered the well with a concrete cover . The plantiff claims an injunction should be served on the defendants restraining them from interfering with the pump and well and to restore them to their former condition and any damages.
