Manor of Ravenfield, 3 Milk St London & 56 St James St Middlesex left to Thomas James Birch of Thorpe Hall (Lincs.) esq. with reversion in default of heirs to Thomas Bosvile Lee, son of Robert Newton Lee of Coldray nr Alton, Hants, they to take the name of Bosvile.
Bequests include request that 'my Caul with which I was born' be buried with him; 'my Dear Mother's India Cabinet, the Organ expressly bequeathed me by my brother….my Family and other pictures & furniture at Ravenfield Hall' to Thomas Birch; £300 in trust to repair the remains of the Priory church house at Ulvescroft (Leics).
With related declaration & burial certificates for beneficiaries (1866-7).
