Description | 1) James Yates of Oakwood House, Rotherham, iornfounder. 2) George Haywood of Rotherham, ironfounder. 3) Robert Bentley Shaw of Rotherham, gent. 4) George Harris Haywood of Kew, London, ironfounder. - Reciting that James Yates, George Haywood and John Drabble have for several years carried on the business of ironfounders and stove grate and fender manufacturers under articles of partnership due to expire of 30th June next; - Whereas Drabble wishes to retire from the partnership; - The parties agree to carry on the business of ironfounders, stove grate and fender manufacturers and merchants, as partners, under the firm of Yates, Haywood and Co. and the Rotherham Foundry Company, until 30th June 1874; - The capital of the company to be £80,000 divided into shares of £32,000, £32, 000, £8,000 and £8,000 respectively; - George Haywood to have the entire management of the manufacturing department and to have a salary of £1,000, Robert Bentley Shaw to have the entire management of the merchantile department and George Harris Haywood to have the entire management of the London warehouse and to have a salary of £500 Dated 1st June 1869 |
