(1) owes the sum of £18 in arrears to (2), resulting from failure to pay an annuity of 40 shillings per annum to Rawmarsh Grammar School, for use of three closes of land known as Upper Middle Field, Nether Middle Field, and the Whinby, in Dodworth, Yorkshire.
Condition.
Payment of £20 in arrears (1 to 2) within twelve days of the writ of execution of this Bond, or else a fine of £40 (1 to 2) for failure to settle debt. |
