TitleWar Diary February 1945
DescriptionHallamshire Battalion training at Nijmegan, Holland. Took over positions at Andelst and Zetten. Positions occupied were only accessible by amphibious vehicles such as DUKW's and Weasels due to flooding. Patrols sent out to Rijn Wettering and Indoornik. Patrols in action with enemy at Talitha Kumi. Observation post set up at De Hoeven Farm. The farm was entered by the enemy but they were driven off. Description of how Sgt. Parkin's Platoon at De Hoeven Farm were captured by the Germans.
