Series 1 - Company papers including, partnership agreements, directors and board minutes, annual general meetings, share records and directors papers.
Series 2- Management and Operations including 19th century letter books, Executive and Operations committee minutes, research and development papers, legal papers and trade associations.
Series 3 - Financial records including cash books, accounts and private ledgers.
Series 4 - Personnel records including a large number of apprenticeship indentures, wage books, works committees minutes, papers relating to staff and training, records of the employees' sports club, photographs of staff and records of staff associations.
Series 5 - Records covering production at the Rotherham and Stairfoot Glass Works include work books, stock books, pot records, photographs of production processes and various other papers relating to production and despatch at Rotherham and Stairfoot.
Series 6 - Sales and customers including day books, customer account books and sales figures.
Series 7 - Marketing and public relations including price lists, advertisements, marketing material and publications, visitors to the glass works and the company bulletin (newsletter to staff).
Series 8 - Records relating to property owned by Beatson Clark at Rotherham and Stairfoot including title deeds, plans and photographs.
Series 9 - Papers concerning the history of the company, products and employees.
